Washington, D.C. - U.S. Representative Darren Soto (FL-09) announced today that Haines City Fire Rescue will receive a $674,978 grant to fund the hiring of additional firefighters and emergency medical technicians. During Soto’s first week in Congress, he directed staff to contact the Haines City Fire Chief regarding this opportunity and advice on how to apply.
