Join Congressman Darren Soto along with special guest Congresswoman Lois Frankel (FL-21) for a Town Hall focused on women's issues.
This will be a venue for all women in Central Florida to address concerns and come up with solutions to common challenges.
In honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month 2018, U.S. Congressman Darren Soto recognized 9 individuals in Central Florida for their invaluable contributions to the community. The honorees' biographies were read into the Congressional Record on the House Floor by Rep. Soto and they also received official Congressional Certificates.
On April 19th, Congressman Darren Soto, alongside the Congressional Problem Solvers Caucus held a meeting with the CEO of Bloomber L.P., Mike Bloomberg. They discussed topics ranging from gun safety, jobs and how to foster bipartisanship in Washington, DC today.
On April 15th, Congressman Soto visited the National Guard Armory in Central Florida as the Battalion staff completed trainings and prepared for their upcoming mission. Afterwards, Commander Colonel Glass and Rep. Soto discussed the additional resources needed for our soldiers to thrive: better equipment, newer gear, and more training facilities.
U.S. Congressman Darren Soto (FL-09), along with the Department of Veteran Affairs, Vietnam Unforgettable Memories Foundation, AUSA and CFVMPF, invites all Vietnam era Veterans for a pinning ceremony in honor of those who served our country, with special guest Retired Major General James Jackson, the Vietnam 50th Commemoration Director. No RSVP is required.
